Sarasota and Manatee Counties

Start with the address, not the place name.

Smell gas or hear a CO alarm? Leave first.

A suspected gas or carbon monoxide (CO) problem is not a service request. Move everyone away from the area. Do not use switches, appliances, phones, or anything that could make a spark near it.

For natural gas, call 911 and the gas utility from a safe place. For propane, call the propane company, or 911 or the fire department, from a safe place. If CO is possible, get to fresh air and call 911.

Suncoast Pool Solutions accepts pool-heater and gas-service requests in Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Send the complete property address with a short description of the work. A city, community, or island name by itself is not enough to confirm availability. Outside Mon-Fri 8-5 you can email service@suncoastpoolsolutions.com with your address, the heater model, and what you are seeing. Colin replies during business hours.

The two counties set the service-area frame

Sarasota and Manatee Counties define the service area used on this site. That does not mean every address is automatically covered. The address and the requested work still need to be reviewed.

Mailing names do not always match local boundaries

A Bradenton mailing address can fall inside or outside the city boundary. Sarasota also has separate city and unincorporated county jurisdictions. The full address helps identify the right local authority when a project raises permitting or inspection questions.

Two coastal names need extra care

Longboat Key spans Sarasota and Manatee Counties. Manasota Key continues south beyond Sarasota County into Charlotte County, which is outside this site's service-area authority. For either place, use the complete address rather than the island name alone.

What to include with the request

Provide the service address, describe the heater or gas-service concern, and include any equipment details that are already visible and safe to collect. A request starts the review. It does not establish the work scope, fuel conditions, local approval needs, timing, or outcome.

Check the address

Call 941-961-9337 with the address and a short description of the work. There is no online form on this page. The request can then be reviewed within the Sarasota and Manatee County service-area frame.
