Natural gas and propane
Pool-heater gas service, with the scope kept clear.
Smell gas or hear a CO alarm? Leave first.
If you smell gas, suspect a leak, hear hissing, or see another immediate fuel hazard, leave the area and keep other people away. Do not use switches, flames, phones, vehicles, or other equipment that could create a spark near the suspected leak. From a safe location, call 911 and then the relevant Florida utility or propane supplier. Do not try to find or stop the leak, and do not return until responders or utility or safety personnel say it is safe.
If a carbon monoxide alarm sounds or anyone has possible carbon monoxide symptoms, leave for fresh air and call 911 from a safe location. Do not investigate the heater, vent, or fuel system yourself. Do not return until the hazard has been assessed and responders say it is safe.
Colin Morgan is the owner-operator, and service requests are accepted in Sarasota and Manatee Counties.
Check first that no one smells gas or hears hissing, no CO alarm is sounding, and no one has possible CO symptoms. Then share the address, fuel, heater or appliance label and model, exterior photos, and a short project description so Colin can review the request.
Sarasota County's permit guide lists LP Gas Install and Natural Gas Install: Sarasota County permit guide. Manatee County's permit guide identifies gas as permit-required work: Manatee County permit guide. Permit and inspection requirements remain job specific.
Colin does not fill propane tanks, but he may coordinate filling through a supplier.
Suncoast Pool Solutions is the public name used here; Sarasota Pool Solutions LLC is the legal entity disclosed for service.
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) is the state office that keeps LP gas license records. You can look up a license in its License Lookup: FDACS License Lookup. While FDACS moves to the new system, some records also appear in its older lookup: FDACS Business Lookup.
