Pool heater service request

Request pool-heater or gas service.

Smell gas or hear a CO alarm? Leave first.

If you smell gas, a carbon monoxide (CO) alarm sounds, or anyone may have symptoms of CO poisoning, leave first and call 911 from a safe place. Do not use switches, phones, or anything that could make a spark nearby. Then call your gas utility or propane company.

See all safety steps

Check first that no one smells gas, no CO alarm is sounding, and no one has possible CO symptoms. Then a request starts with the service address, a short description of the pool-heater or gas-service need, and any equipment details you can already see. Outside Mon-Fri 8-5 you can email service@suncoastpoolsolutions.com with your address, the heater model, and what you are seeing. Colin replies during business hours.

There is no online form on this page. For a routine request, call or email the service inbox. A repair visit starts with a paid service call. You hear the fee before the visit. It covers Colin's first hour on site and is due even if you turn the repair down. Any repair waits for your OK on a total-price quote, good for 15 days. Fee and quote terms

Smell gas or suspect an unsafe condition?

If you smell gas or suspect carbon-monoxide danger, leave the area immediately. Do not use switches, phones, or anything that could create a spark. Once at a safe distance, call 911 and your natural-gas utility. For propane, call your propane retailer or 911. If you suspect a carbon-monoxide issue, move to fresh air and call 911. Call for pool-heater service only after the immediate danger has been addressed.

What to have ready before calling

When no one smells gas, no CO alarm is sounding, no one has possible CO symptoms, and there is no smoke or fire, have exterior photos of the equipment area, the complete property address, and a short description of the problem or work ready. If a heater or appliance model or serial number is already visible without opening or removing anything, that can help describe the request. Do not open panels, remove covers, or test components to gather information.

Service area reminder
