Before you book

What the first visit costs

A repair visit is a service call. You hear the fee before the visit. It pays for Colin's first hour of on-site checking and testing, and it is due even if you turn down the repair. After that you get a total-price quote, good for 15 days from the date it is issued. No repair or installation work starts until you approve that price. Fee and quote details · Terms of Service

Which county is my Longboat Key home in?

It depends on where your home sits on the key. The Town of Longboat Key says the north part of the island is in Manatee County and the south part is in Sarasota County. The line is near the 4000 block of Gulf of Mexico Drive. A neighborhood name alone may not tell you the county. When you call, share your full street address.
